We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly as possible.
Delivery times
- Metropolitan France: 2 to 5 business days
- Europe: 2 to 5 business days
- International: 2 to 5 business days
Delivery costs
Delivery costs are displayed when choosing the carrier.
Delivery is free for any order over €120 in mainland France, and €200 outside mainland France.
Order tracking
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order in real time.
Returns and Refunds
Return policy
Changed your mind or the size isn't right? No worries, we make sure your return is quick and easy.
Return conditions
Items must be unworn and unwashed, in a condition suitable for resale. Please keep the original tags attached: an item without a tag may be refused or have its price reduced if it has been handled beyond simply trying on. Original packaging is not required, but we encourage you to pack the item carefully to protect it.
Time limit
From the date of receipt of your order, you have 14 days to return the items. From your customer account, simply start the online request “Request a return” and follow the instructions.
Start a return
From your customer account, click on the relevant order. Open the Returns Portal, enter your order number and email address, select the items you wish to return, and confirm. You will then receive shipping instructions and tracking information by email.
From abroad (outside the EU), remember to indicate “Return of goods” on the customs form.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and will be deducted from your refund amount, except in the case of a defective or non-compliant item, where we will cover the return shipping costs.
Outside the EU, return shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes are your responsibility; initial import duties/taxes are non-refundable. If customs fees are charged upon return, they will also be deducted from your refund or credit.
Refund or credit note: the choice is yours.
You will receive a refund to the same payment method used for the purchase. Processing will take place within 14 days of receiving your return package. If you return the entire order, we will also refund the initial standard delivery charges (the lowest available rate).
Prefer a credit? Choose a credit note: it's issued upon validation of the return and is valid for 12 months. You can also request a credit note in the form of a gift card, usable once or several times, online and in-store (not convertible to cash). If the entire order is returned, the credit note will include the initial standard delivery charges (the lowest available rate).
Note: if the initial payment was made by credit note, voucher or gift card, the refund will be made in the same format.
Exchanges
A direct exchange is possible when the desired item is available. Select the "Exchange" option in the Returns Portal, choose the new size/color and confirm: the exchange will be initiated upon receipt of your return (or upon proof of shipment where indicated).
From outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply to the new shipment and remain your responsibility.
