Delivery Times
- Metropolitan France: 2 to 5 business days
- Europe: 2 to 5 business days
- International: 2 to 5 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed when choosing the carrier.
Delivery is free for all orders over €120 in metropolitan France, and €200 outside metropolitan France.
Order Tracking
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your order in real time.

Changed your mind or the size doesn't fit? Don't worry, we make returns simple and quick.
Return Conditions
Items must be unworn and unwashed, in a condition that allows them to be resold. Please keep the original tags attached: an item without a tag may be refused or subject to a discount if its handling goes beyond simple trying on. Original packaging is not mandatory, but we encourage you to carefully package the product to protect it.
Deadlines
From the receipt of your order, you have 14 days to return the items to us. From your customer account, simply initiate the online request "Request a return" and follow the instructions.
Initiate a Return
From your customer account, click on the relevant order. Open the Returns Portal, enter your order number and email, select the items concerned, and confirm. You will then receive shipping instructions and tracking by email.
From international locations (outside the EU), remember to indicate "Return of goods" on the customs form.
Another order to return?
Make a new return request, print the label and slip it into your first parcel. Save on shipping costs by paying only once!
Return Costs
Return costs are your responsibility and will be deducted from your refund amount, except in the case of a defective or non-compliant item, where we will cover the return costs.
To cope with the revaluation of carrier taxes and maintain the quality of our logistics service, our return fees will change for all orders placed from 03/03/2026.
A fixed contribution to return costs will be deducted from your refund according to the following geographical area:
- France: €5.99
- Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Poland: €8.99
- Spain, Portugal, Italy: €9.99
- Rest of the European Union: from €24 to €29 (depending on the carrier and package weight).
- Outside EU: from €39 to €59
Refund or Credit Note: the choice is yours
You will receive a refund via the same payment method used for the purchase. Processing takes a maximum of 14 days after receipt of your return package. If you return the entire order, we will also refund the initial standard delivery costs (the lowest proposed rate).
Do you prefer a credit? Choose a credit note: it is issued upon validation of the return and is valid for 12 months. You can also request a credit note in the form of a gift card, usable once or multiple times, on the website and in store (not convertible into cash). If the entire order is returned, the credit note includes the initial standard delivery costs (the lowest proposed rate).
Please note: if the initial payment was made with a credit note, voucher, or gift card, the refund will be in the same format.
Exchanges
A direct exchange is possible if the desired item is available at the time of your request. Please note that items cannot be reserved: if the item is out of stock when your return is processed, a refund will be issued instead. Select the "Exchange" option in the Returns Portal, choose the new size/color, and confirm: the exchange will be initiated upon receipt of your return (or upon proof of postage where indicated).
For international orders (outside the EU), import duties and taxes may apply to the new shipment and remain your responsibility.
