- Metropolitan France: 2 to 5 business days
- Europe: 2 to 5 business days
- International: 2 to 5 business days
Delivery costs
Delivery costs are displayed when choosing the carrier.
Delivery is free for any order over €120 in Metropolitan France, €200 outside Metropolitan France.
Order tracking
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your order in real time.

Changed your mind or the size doesn't fit? Don't worry, we make your return process simple and fast.
10. Right of withdrawal & returns
Legal period : for distance orders within the EU, the Buyer has a 14-day period from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal without giving any reason.
Grungemama Policy : we accept returns within 15 days from delivery, for a refund of items that are unused, unworn, with original tags and intact packaging, or for an exchange subject to availability.
Digital products are not returnable.

The return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Buyer. The Seller may refuse a return if it is outside the time limit or does not respect the original condition.
Deadlines
From the receipt of your order, you have 14 days to return the items to us. From your customer account, simply start the online request "Request a return" and follow the instructions.
Starting a return
From your customer account, click on the relevant order. Open the Returns Portal, enter your order number and email, select the items concerned, and validate. You will then receive shipping instructions as well as tracking information via email.
From outside the EU, remember to indicate "Return of goods" on the customs form.
Another order to return?
Make a new return request, print the label, and put it in your first package. Save on shipping costs by only paying once!
Return costs
Return costs remain your responsibility and will be deducted from your refund amount, except in the case of a defective or non-conforming item, where we cover the return.
To cope with the revaluation of carrier taxes and maintain the quality of our logistics service, our return costs are changing for any order placed on or after 03/03/2026.
The fixed contribution amount for return costs will be deducted from your refund according to the following geographical zone:
- France: €5.99
- Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Poland: €8.99
- Spain, Portugal, Italy: €9.99
- Rest of the European Union: from €24 to €29 (depending on the carrier and parcel weight).
- Outside the EU: from €39 to €59
Refund or credit: the choice is yours
You will receive a refund via the same payment method used for the purchase. Processing occurs at the latest within 14 days after receipt of your return package. If you return the entire order, we will also refund the initial standard shipping costs (lowest proposed rate).
Do you prefer credit? Choose store credit: it is issued upon validation of the return, valid for 12 months. You can also request credit in the form of a gift card, usable once or multiple times, on the site and in-store (not convertible into cash). If the entire order is returned, the credit includes the initial standard shipping costs (lowest proposed rate).
Note: if the initial payment was made via store credit, voucher, or gift card, the refund will be issued in the same format.
Exchanges
A direct exchange is possible if the desired item is available at the time of your request. Please note that no item can be reserved: if it is out of stock at the time of processing your return, we will proceed with a refund. Select the "Exchange" option in the Returns Portal, choose the new size/color, and validate: the exchange is initiated upon receipt of your return (or upon proof of deposit when indicated).
From outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply to the new shipment and remain your responsibility.
