Once your order is completed, we’ll ship your package within 2 to 5 days in most cases (excluding holidays, sales and offers advertised on the website, Facebook and Instagram). Delivery times given are an indication and we are not responsible for any late delivery due to carrier services.

There is free shipping for all orders over €120 in mainland France and over €200 throughout the rest of the Europe. For orders under €120 in France and abroad shipping costs will be included according to the following rates.

  • In France, DPD drop & go stores: €5.90
  • DPD pick up home delivery: €6.50
  • In Europe, DHL express deliveries arrive 24 hours after they're dispatched. (Remember, no packages are dispatched on the weekend or bank holidays)

  • Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express)

  • Bank transfer: choose the bank transfer payment method and follow the instructions. The processing time is 5 to 7 working days.

  • Cheque (only available in France): choose the cheque payment method and follow the instructions. The processing time is 5 to 7 working days.

  • Pay by phone (only available in France): validate your order by choosing the pay by phone option and contact us between 10am and 12pm and 2pm and 4pm with your order number and bank details.

We advise saving your payment details when placing your order. This will make it easier to place future orders. Your bank details are never in our possession.

All transactions are entirely processed by the secured payment module provided by our partner PAYPLUG. Your payment is completely secured.

  • Pay with credit or a gift card To enjoy your credit / gift card, you just need to enter your code in the “Discount/Credit” box  in your basket.

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting our customer service team.

Remember, the customer service team can be reached from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with a lunch break between 12pm and 2pm. You can’t cancel or change your order outside the customer service hours, at the weekend or on bank holidays. Please remember that it isn’t possible to cancel or change your order if it's being prepared.

If you haven’t received a tracking number within two working days, please send an email with: SURNAME / FIRST NAME - ORDER REF as well as the date of the order. We'd also encourage you to check your spam folder.

You have 15 working days to return an item. After this point, returns and exchanges will not be accepted. Any item which has been damaged, worn or without labels will not be eligible for a refund. Returns will be processed within 14 working days and the refund is made via the payment method used when ordering. If you made your payment via bank transfer, please send us your bank details/IBAN.

At Grungemama and Banditas From Marseille, items are often One Size because they work for all body types! You’ll find measurements in the item description.

If an item is missing from your order, we will refund it as quickly as possible. GRUNGEMAMA commits to delivering orders received on the website only within the limits of available stocks of items
