Product returns are made within 15 days of receiving your order.

Receipt of returns will result in a refund via the payment method used when ordering. If you have chosen the method of payment by bank transfer, please send us your IBAN.

It's very easy to return your purchase:

  •     Sign into your account.
  •     In the "My account" section
  •     Click on the Return a Product tab.

If you made your order as a guest, all you need to do is contact customer service (monday to friday 9:30 am to 5:00 pm) ([email protected]) so they can create your account. They will give you a temporary password with the email address you entered when ordering as an identifier.

  •     Mention the reference of your order (the reference is a series of letters, for example: FJHSUDKD)
  •     All you have to do is choose the product (s) and the quantities to returned, and indicate if you would like a refund.

If you want to make an exchange, you will also have to choose the refund but specifying that you what the exchange on the return slip. (only for the same item in another size or another color)

  •    Mention the reason for the return
  •    Print the return slip 
  •    Insert in your return the invoice initially received in your package and the return form that was generated by your grungemama account
  •    Send your package.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. You can choose the packaging of your choice, however it is imperative that the items are returned to us in good condition.

Refund: We will refund or send your return within 14 days of receiving your package at the warehouse. We do not notify the receipt of returns until they are processed. You can verify it with the parcel / tracking number given to you by the carrier you used to send your parcel.

If you wish to return an item purchased in a store, you must go to one of our stores, otherwise we will not be able to refund you.
