Product returns are made within 15 days of receipt of your order.

Receipt of returns will result in a refund via the payment method used when ordering. We do not carry assets.

Return costs are not covered by GRUNGEMAMA except for error on our part such as:

- Defective item (quality control done before shipment).

- Size, color or product error.

1— Put the articles and the invoice in the original packaging

The invoice is in your package. If you want an exchange, please indicate the size you want on the invoice.

2— Send your package

The return costs are your responsibility, thank you for making us the return via tracked mail in order to secure the transport and the refund. Do not hesitate to communicate it to us by email at

3— Refund:

We will refund or send your return within 10 days of receiving your package at the warehouse. If you paid by bank transfer, please write down the invoice your IBAN.

Please note, the return address is different from the address mentioned on the invoice.
